I am very happy with my purchase. For the price you can't expect 1000% but this is a nice affordable desk item, a great gift idea for a medical student. I bought a similar item from another seller and as soon as I saw them side by side it was clear this one was the winner. The other was a rosy beige, unnatural to the bones, and seemed generally cheaper despite being the same price. One downside: the top of the skull doesn't stay on - but the cool thing is that it even opens up and you can always attach it with tape or a small piece of sticky putty. This is not an exact piece that is 100% anatomically correct, so small imperfections in the shape may be the cause of my open skull, but may not be an issue with what you received. Conclusion: buy.
