I have used them on some 17" steel rims. It seems to fit well. I was able to get up to 80 pounds with no problem. I'll check again in 100km. I think people having trouble with these seats are probably using them on the wrong rims. Depending on the impeller, the ball seat is critical. I can't say much about the end. I had no chips when initially tightening. The overall processing looks good in my opinion. Let's see how they look in spring. At less than $20 they are about 30% cheaper than anything else in the area and as far as I can tell they are of better quality. I think it makes sense to retighten them about a hundred miles after installing new wheels and make sure everything is fine.
