So far, so good! The tarpaulin passed the water resistance tests and I focused on some of the seams, particularly in the middle of the tarpaulin. The size is suitable for a suitably sized tent or to cover a dining area for a small family. Looking at the description I was a bit apprehensive when asking about this item (to be clear I got this item for free for my honest review). The picture shows 6 grommets, the text in the description mentions 4 grommets and stakes. The picture is correct - there are 6 grommets for the tarp I received but only 4 posts are included. The supplied stakes feel fairly solid and not very flimsy, almost always bending on first use. I'm happy with the 6 grommets for air use so we can tie the middle a little higher to avoid bunching up on the top of the tarp. Material that also includes a fabric loop so you can easily clip it to the outside of the pack for easy access to the pack. The bets come in their own zipped pouch that fits into a tote bag. The whole set also came in a separate zipped bag which is nice. In terms of the sensory experience, the tarp is more cloth-like than many camping tarps you can find, so there's less of a crunch and rattle under you at night. . When I received the product there was a slight chemical odor but it's only noticeable when the tarp is a few inches from your face so overall it's not a problem for its purpose just something you might notice when you first open it you are indoors and very sensitive to smells like me. We will be using this product a lot over the next few weeks when visiting national parks and camps. I don't expect any problems but will be happy to edit my comments upon my return if we run into any unforeseen problems, but for now I think this is a quality product.
