I have been using this material on my Fitbit Ionic for many years and it has been the most comfortable as leather and stock straps irritate my skin. My new Charge 4 was no different, the standard Fitbit strap crushed the skin of my wrist. and this group is good. There are two things you need to know: (1) This material has a short lifespan, so you should replace it every year and no more than twice if you are active. (2) Runs small, so take one size larger. For example, my wrist size is right on the borderline between small and large. I adjust the small and large Fitbit OEM straps, the large one has about 2 inches left. With THIS particular band, the large one fits with four spare holes, which is about 3/4 inch. So if you're a medium like me, you should get awesome. and if you are big you should look elsewhere.
