Review on Lippert 285318 3500LB Power Tongue by Doug Layman

I bought this model to replace Lippert's Smart Jack. Please read the reviews of this model before buying as many people including myself have had problems with the jack retracting inexplicably without warning! I bought a Lippert again as the base of the jack attaches to the trailer tongue in the same way as the original and this jack had good reviews. I have to say it was easy to install and it matched the old screw holes perfectly. In less than an hour the old jack was removed and the new one replaced. Those who think this jack is slow don't have much experience with electric jacks! This model works just as fast as everyone else in the group! Would buy again!
