It's been two months and I can't return it.

I didn't last two months with this unit before it broke completely and now I've lost $183 because it went through Revain's one-month return policy. Do not buy this product!

Pros
  • Delightful
Cons
  • Crumpled

Very easy to install on our camper

Was much quieter than I expected. It is very easy to put on our camper. So far very happy with the purchase. With our Ford F-250 Super Duty we can even open the tailgate. Would recommend this product to friends and family. The video is loud, but if you're right there, it's not that loud.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • No power

Better than Smart Jack!

I bought this model to replace Lippert's Smart Jack. Please read the reviews of this model before buying as many people including myself have had problems with the jack retracting inexplicably without warning! I bought a Lippert again as the base of the jack attaches to the trailer tongue in the same way as the original and this jack had good reviews. I have to say it was easy to install and it matched the old screw holes perfectly. In less than an hour the old jack was removed and the new one…

Pros
  • Nice little thing
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Works perfectly. There is no cover for the control head.

Bought for my Jayco Jayflight SLX 14RB. This jack is a little heavy for a motorhome of this size, but I wanted it to be well built and run smoothly. It matches this account. Works just as fast as spinning by hand. And on a hot day it's worth the money. The reason I gave it 4 stars is if it would really hurt the profit margin to cover the head of management. I can understand the lack of a battery connector at the end of the connecting cable as there are many ways to connect different batteries…

Safety considerations are good for jacks and stabilizers

My first Lippert jack 285318 3500LB Power Tongue Black was installed on my Airstream before I noticed the top cap had a crack. Raven sent replacements. This replacement now has a light on when in the off position. It started after a few rainy days. You can turn on the light and it will get brighter and then turn off. After a while, the light gradually begins to return. Think of the damage it would do if the other switch controlling the jack started raising or lowering the RV, at least the…

Works and fits perfectly

Just bought this jack for our 30ft TT. Installation was pretty easy. The jack's bottom shaft is 2 1/4" in diameter and our bottom guide/support hole is 2 3/16" in diameter, so I had to enlarge it a bit. and used washers on top. never mind The hardware that came with it was cheap and of poor quality so we used Class 8 instead. The kit included a cable and a built in fuse - very thoughtful of them. The socket works as it should. a bit slower but it's designed to lift almost 2 tons so that's…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
