Review on Lippert 285318 3500LB Power Tongue by Gary Shakeone

My first Lippert jack 285318 3500LB Power Tongue Black was installed on my Airstream before I noticed the top cap had a crack. Raven sent replacements. This replacement now has a light on when in the off position. It started after a few rainy days. You can turn on the light and it will get brighter and then turn off. After a while, the light gradually begins to return. Think of the damage it would do if the other switch controlling the jack started raising or lowering the RV, at least the levelers would be damaged if they stopped! Driving down the street in the rain can make things worse. I unplugged the cable to remove power from the reed connector. I can't get a replacement or refund as Revain expired in 14 days even though it has a 1 year guarantee!
