I found a manifold gasket sandwiched between two layers of cardboard but it was damaged and the damage was caused by the impact of the cast iron manifold during shipping. I tried clamping it between two boards hoping to straighten it out and make it usable. The two bolts, nuts and washers pictured were also not included. Maybe I'll go to the auto parts store to get a gasket and screws. I switched it to a sprocket after realizing the sealing faces weren't flat.
