I made a purchase from DreamController not too long ago, and their customer support left much to be desired. When I contacted customer service about the faulty product I got, I was met with a long wait time and unhelpful advice. After several days and numerous attempts, I finally got an answer, but they still weren't interested in helping me out with my problem. Frustrated by a dearth of response and help, I requested a refund and cancelled my order. While their prices may be low compared to the competition, their customer care is severely lacking.
