I bought this HEPA air purifier in December to replace an old unit that no longer has HEPA filters on the market so I can use it. Service: I tried calling the support department on the number listed on their website and got a recorded message that they are not taking calls due to the pandemic. You have to email them and wait for a reply. While I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, at the moment most companies have organized tech support with social distancing - usually people are working from home. It's 2021 and they still don't have any service people on duty to help with simple fixes, RMA files, etc. In general, if you don't have trouble spreading perfume all over your room, like someone spraying room deodorant, like going out of style and will never talk about this product or worry about tech support, this product might work for you. However, if the purpose of a HEPA air purifier was to remove odors and allergens from your space AND you enjoy hearing people. buy something else.
