Set up was easy as expected. The only real problem with this design is that when you sit on it, your head is directly in line with the hanging hooks behind you. When you hang something on these hooks they stick out a lot, they don't align with the rear bar that just goes up the frame. The "bench" is also only supported at the corners, where it is screwed into the tree. You can feel the curve of the board you are sitting on as you sit on it to put on and take off your shoes. This will definitely expose the wood over time and make it unusable as a bench.
