The only plus of this holder? It looks like it came from the factory. But that's all. This holder definitely looks cheap. The carbon fiber shape on the back looks fake. The side protrusions are very thin and don't grip the phone very tightly. It's just that your phone won't fall off. It's even less secure if you turn your phone horizontally. Only one hand below holds your phone. On the 2016+ Honda Civic, the infotainment screen is located just below the mount, allowing the charging cable to run the full length of the screen. Also, there is plenty of room at the bottom for a USB-C cable, which limits the shape and angle you can choose for your USB-C. I would recommend if you are 1. Never turn your phone horizontally2. Never charge your phone while driving3. Try to make your interior as aggressive as possible
