Firstly I have had the old model SHQ100 for 4 years now and they still work great. I just bought new ones because I ended up losing all the removable rubber "ear tip sizes". I like the new ones even better, especially for the price. I see a lot of comparison reviews but can't see actual numbers so here are the differences: Old model - Philips ActionFit SHQ1000/28 in-ear headphones tuned for sport (discontinued by manufacturer) New models are SHQ1200/28 which are currently available for review will. The cable length is 10 inches shorter in the new model. The old model had it at 50 inches and this one had it at 40. Which for me is a big plus because. not 6ft 6in, i'm 5ft 8in. The newer connector has a 90 degree angle (much better for my phone with a case), the old one was just a straight connector with no bend. I would recommend them to anyone, they sound great and the best part is they don't fall out when running or CrossFit. (If this was helpful, please click the "Helpful" button below! Thank you!)
