I installed these on my wife's JK right after she bought it for extra peace of mind. The first year went well. Then one luckily got stuck in the unlocked position and we couldn't block that side anymore. I have emailed Rampage many times asking if there is anything I can do to fix the issue. Never an answer. I've come to the conclusion that they don't care about customer service after the sale and once they have your money you're gone. Jeep and she doesn't seem to mind. However, the buyer should be careful if you have a problem with a Rampage product and need customer support.
