By trying it out it turned out that this part was defective immediately. Replaced several parts only to find that the first sensor I replaced (this one) was defective. I bought all the elements of the evaporator system from a Lexus es300 of the same year and swapped them until I found the culprit. Too bad it took so long and so many parts to figure it out.
