Review on Zojirushi Thermal Serve Carafe: 1.0 Liter Capacity, Japan-Made Quality, Polished Stainless Steel by Kristin Bridges

I did a little research before I pulled the trigger. Originally inclined towards the Thermos brand, but previously had good experience with the Zojirushi brand and decided to use it. Some Important Points to Consider1. Glass Interior - Leaves no taste marks and outperforms s/steel2 overall in my experience. Simple Cap/Lock – Choose a simple twist-lock cap rather than a trigger function as it is easier to clean and less prone to malfunction and debris3. Ideal capacity for personal use. Less heat loss when the carafe is half or three quarters full compared to a larger carafe that is emptier. In my personal use, I noticed that it lost less than 10F in the first 1.5 hours. I'm not sure how it compares to other brands, but I think it was pretty impressive. Especially for people like me who want to keep their coffee in it for a maximum of 5-6 hours.
