Well, the idea is good. Fits well. The problem is that it doesn't stay cold for long. If it's very cold outside, it might stay around you, but how often does that happen? I tried using it at work when my carpal tunnel was sore, but it only stayed cold for about 10-12 minutes. Twenty or thirty minutes would be much better. That's why I gave three stars.
