I have suffered with Rt knee pain for approx 10 years due to an injury.Work up/MRI showed arthritis in my Rt knee. I have tried multiple knee support/braces, creams and ointments with little or no relief.I have been using 2 over the counter motrin twice daily with some relief. Recently my son in law recommended these copper knee support.I have been wearing this on my Rt knee for about 2-3 weeks with no complaints or pain.I put it on when I get out of bed and can keep it on all day without any pain or pressure.Because this brace is made with spandex and other material it conforms to my leg. I recommend measuring your thigh to just above knee and order size as recommended on chart.I weigh approx 220 pounds and 4 times exra large fits me perfectly. I bought another pair to have on hand .These braces are washable but I recommend not putting them in dryer in case heat destroys the elasticity.I strongly recommend these braces for anyone suffering from arthritis/knee pain.I give this brace a 5 star rating and would recommend it to anyone suffering from knee pain/arthritis
