FITBIT DON'T CARE ABOUT ITS PRODUCTS

02/23/2020 I bought a Fitbit Versa Lite smartwatch. The watch worked perfectly about 3 weeks ago. Then the sync problems started. It got to the point where I had to take it off my wrist to sync it. Then after a few tries it finally syncs. The more annoying thing that started at the same time is the loss of time between syncs. For example, I usually sleep about 7.5 hours, and at night the time shows 30-40 minutes slower. So I reported these issues to Fitbit Support and asked for a replacement. After receiving more emails than I can count, Fitbit still won't step in and provide a replacement. I am familiar with the troubleshooting technique. So I downloaded the Fitbit app to my Revain tablet and the syncing/losing time issues are still the same. So the problem is not with my iPhone. In my experience where Fitbit customer service has not been willing to provide a replacement, I will never purchase any of their products in the future.
