Pretty, light but warm
Bought this blanket for my parents bed to replace a neat Southwestern patterned blanket they had for 30 years. The replacement was supposed to be a southwestern print and this one was perfect. Queen sizing covers one queen but only runs halfway down the edge of the bed on each side. If that's what you want, then buy a queen for a queen. It was what I was looking for. They are very happy. This blanket retains heat quite well, so they rarely need another blanket in their 73 degree home.
