I had a problem when I received this product. The brake assembly was misaligned for the screw and clamp to engage. I contacted TCMT and they resolved the issue fairly quickly. I have iron 1200 2021. So far so good from the first ride. The brackets are slightly bent. I'm definitely not going to put my full weight (180lbs) on them. There were no installation instructions and the YouTube videos are rubbish. Lots of trial and error trying to figure out which screws go where. I add photos to give others an idea. I recommend putting everything together first before putting the bike on and using Loctite. I didn't remove my exhaust, which made things more difficult, but it can be done. I will update in a few months after earning more miles. I read some of the comments here before purchasing and many people say there was no TCMT customer service but I had no problem communicating with them. to fix my problem.
