Lower Back Pain Relief
I have constant lower back pain day and night. This stretcher helped a lot. This is not a cure, but it does help with pain relief during use and for about 15 minutes afterward. I like to use it when I wake up in pain in the middle of the night. Be careful not to jump too soon, I'll hurt myself. The small bumps can be quite painful unless you're wearing a heavy shirt, so be careful with that.
