No transparent protective film under the lid

Honestly I would love this product but I feel uncomfortable using it without proper packaging. There is usually a piece of plastic on the container under the lid, but they didn't have it. Seems a bit unsanitary and weird as they come with a protective transparent part every time I buy them in store. I will return them.
