Good for your home lab

If you have a home lab and a rack, this affordable patch panel looks great. I'm not aware of using this in a data center - I would assume it's fine, but I can't consider it as such as I'm not a network engineer. The build quality is good. I didn't feel any sharp edges to cut the cables or my hand. Some of the things I bought for my rack were cheaper metal and stamped - quality can be questionable. I was pleased with the build quality of this device. I use 15 ports. There is no slack and all ports work as expected. I also used this to replace the patch panel. A few years ago I thought it was cool to put cables through. After you've done this for a short time, the "fun" wears off and you just want something that works. I would prefer to have a plug on both sides. Also less prone to failure.
