I have used multiple touch screens for my Pi which also controls my 3D printer and acts as a touch interface for it. They were all HDMI with touch GPIO, and even with the drivers installed, they never fitted the screen properly, they would have clipped windows, and touch/multi-touch is impossible without the tiny stylus you lose with every twist. Pus. Don't let me start the adventures required just to track down the drivers from time to time. This ad was OPPOSITE. I connected the jumper cable to the Pi4's DSI port and powered it on. that was it. Raspbian worked great with responsive "FINGER" touch controls, The desktop fitted the screen without clipping, and the colors looked rich and vibrant. I highly recommend. It's not for nothing that the Pi4 has a DSI/CSI interface for the display and camera. so USE IT! :)
