Remotes not working, no customer service
Installed the lock and set up the remote and the remotes worked first. Then 5 minutes later when I programmed the new door because the manufacturer's generic code is 1234. After changing the door, the remote controls didn't work and I tried everything the vague instruction manual said. No phone number, website or email address for customer service.
