I love these chairs though.
The first two chairs came and went together easily! Aside from a few shipping scratches, we found them comfortable for our needs. Ordered two more chairs, arrived today. The first was incredibly difficult to assemble. The screw holes didn't line up that well. We did not assemble the 2nd chair due to a piece of wood protruding at the edge of the back leg, as well as a possible crack higher up on the same leg. Consider sending it back. It would be great if the manufacturer provided a small container of paint to touch up any shipping scratches.
