Bad customer service

First of all, I am not having a good experience with customer service. I could not speak to anyone on the phone and was told I had to fill out their form and write my questions/problems there. I did that last Wednesday morning. This is mid-afternoon the following Monday and I have not heard from them yet. I gave them both my phone number and email.Instead of 4 charging connections on each side located mid-way down for convenience (and featured in photos as extending out from the bed) there are 2 on each side located at the corner of the head and under the bed.The legs only go down to 8+ inches instead of 6 as described.I assume the backup battery unit is located underneath the middle part of the bed but am unsure - that was one of my questions. There are not enough instructions to know anything. The model is not shown anywhere on the bed - based on the above, how can I be sure I was sent the model I paid for - the iEscape model? I went online and registered the bed thinking that would show model. I did not.I have the bed all set up and am using it but with the lack of customer service I just hope nothing goes wrong.Would I buy it if I had it to do over. NO. I would bite the bullet and buy a similar model not sold by ideal bed.
