This UV resin is easy to process. You just put the tip on the bottle and go. The resin is VERY thin and runny and has a horrible smell that lingers. If you are sensitive to smells, it is best to avoid these. After curing, my finish was uneven, with lots of pits and craters. You have to wipe it with an alcohol pad to remove the sticky layer (similar to gel nails). If you're using this with alcohol ink, don't do this. This will lift your ink off your surface (non-porous - the only surface I've used this on so far) and potentially ruin your work. You'd be better off using a traditional two-component resin that's designed for a variety of media (Tim Holtz makes a resin specifically for use with alcohol inks, but it's only available in a 2-ounce bottle [it's a two-component resin] and takes 3 days to fully cure). If I used it in forms it would probably be fine, but by hand (which I did), not unless you're super crafty and can control that liquid devil. .Be sure to use gloves and if you cannot stay in a well-ventilated area, please use a respirator.
