This little coat was expensive but worth every penny. Covers my little terrier perfectly, just needs to wash his feet when you get back from the park. It measures 14" from neck to tail and 14" fits perfectly. There are neat little buttons to adjust the leg opening for a comfortable fit. On really cold days there is enough space to throw a light fleece coat over it if necessary. The neck opening protects against rain and cold and does not irritate my dog like other hooded raincoats. Easy to clean. Only victory in everything!
