Septangle's Products Are of Low Quality, and Their Customer Service Is Slow, Which Is a Letdown.

After my most recent purchasing experience with Septangle, I was left feeling deflated and aggravated. The quality of the clothing, shoes, and jewelry sold on the website is not very good, despite the fact that the website provides a diverse selection of these items. The quality of the fabric used in the garments was lacking, and the sneakers were both uncomfortable and poorly constructed. The jewelry quickly became tarnished, and several of the pieces were damaged when they were delivered. When I attempted to return the goods, I was met with customer service that was both slow and unresponsive. It took me several tries before I was able to get a response, and when I eventually did, I was met with resistance and answers that weren't very helpful. My time spent with Septangle was, on the whole, a frustrating waste of time. As a novice in this industry, I had high hopes for a positive learning experience; however, the low quality of the products and the slow pace of the customer support left a negative impression on me. This online business does not meet my standards for selling high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry, so I do not recommend it to anyone.
