If sound is important to you and you've been waiting for a communicator with enough volume to overcome traffic jams, wind and engine noise then look no further ! The Sena 10S connected to my Iphone 5S via Bluetooth is loud enough to hurt my ears if I'm not careful. It also connected to my son's SMH5 for excellent communication. The FM radio feature is a nice feature and I use it often. I can also make calls at almost any speed. Music from Iheart Radio sounds crystal clear. The batteries last a very long time and it even comes with an extra cable in case you kill it in the middle of a ride. In fact, it has absolutely everything you could need and a lot of things you probably won't need. The picture is wrong - there are about 20 pieces in the box. A few things I remember are two mics - one boom and one fixed - additional foam mic pockets. Many different pre-cut velcro straps and several speaker spacers in different sizes fit perfectly in almost every helmet. The Sena 10S is perhaps the most useful toy I've bought in a few years. It's really easy to learn how to use it. I'm a VERY low-tech person and I can get the hang of it, so everyone else shouldn't have a problem. UPDATE September 14, 2016; Guys, I love this thing more and more with every mile I ride. The battery has never died during a ride - not once - although I often ride from sunrise to sunset intermittently, listening to music, making/answering calls and riding to the bike at a fairly high volume. I drove 300 km several times without recharging. If there is anywhere better helmet communicator than this one, better buy it. And it's so easy to use that even a caveman (or even a total idiot like me!) can handle it! UPDATE 9/2/2017; I still love my 10S. It got me through the line and back and withstood everything thrown at it perfectly - heavy rain, sleet, heavy dust, temperatures from 20F to 115F, moderate impact from a helmet drop, you name it - and it never succumbed to my problem .with minutes. I can't comment on the volume/audio quality issues that some others are complaining about as it's definitely not an issue for me. I can only speculate that perhaps the particular device the person is connected to could have something to do with it. Or maybe a recent Sena product update has been affecting performance since I bought mine. To date I haven't updated mine, and probably never, just in case. I think I should also mention that I installed my speakers very carefully so that they lined up perfectly and sat snugly in my ear holes. If my Sena 10S stops working today, I'll buy another one for now, just like it before dark. do with it.
