These are great if you are using a wired headset or headphones. Just place one over the jack where it connects to your phone and the other just below where the earbuds separate for each ear. They're not heavy, so you can get used to them. They didn't come with instructions so I'll try to explain it here. You may find a YouTube video that should clear things up. It is important to install them correctly, otherwise you will lose efficiency. Open it up and put the wire in and then wrap it around once so there are actually two wires in there and then press them together. This prevents it from sliding up and down the headphone cord and also improves the connection by providing a more secure blocking of EMI from your phone to your head. This is a great product at a good price. Highly recommended.
