Does the job in a snap

As it doesn't offer faster data transfer rates (like SFP+) or allow for longer distances (like fiber), what's the point of a 1000BASE-T module on an SFP port you ask?💡 Stacking/Uplinking Switching💡 Additional ports when all 8P8C ports are exhausted Pros:✔️ Compatible with Ruckus/Brocade ICX lines and Ubiquiti EdgeRouter✔️ Low cost Cons:❌ Heats up (even in standby mode) and doesn't support temperature reporting Feel like cheap fake gold jewelry.
