I definitely like the headphones. They are very comfortable and look great. They arrived quickly and were sent in a nice box. Love the little pouch it comes with and the color of the earbuds. Personally, I also thought it was a nice touch to turn the power indicator into a switch instead of a button. The sound seems good to me, but honestly I'm not very picky (or able to distinguish) on this aspect. Although I'd say they're pretty good at reducing noise in audio playback. The only real issue with the headphones was that I noticed that if I pause what I'm seeing or hearing while playing it, it sometimes takes a few seconds for the audio to start. This has only happened a few times and I can deal with it before it gets worse. Another thing I noticed was a small beep in the headphones when I first tried them out. It sounded far away and was barely audible, but it was noticeable. However, it went away after cycling and hasn't returned since (I think I've had them for about two months now). So that should be good too. Overall I liked them and would definitely recommend them. I would also like to add that PowerLocus has excellent customer service. First, a family member gave me another model of PowerLocus headphones and I really liked them too. But after a while one of the volume buttons got stuck and stopped working. I was still able to use the headphones, just not as well as before. So I contacted PowerLocus via their email I received from the card that came with the headphones and they responded to me straight away. They usually responded within 24 hours, although sometimes it depended on when I responded. After several exchanges I was told that they could essentially send me a new pair of headphones (of this model) and that I could keep my old pair as well. Overall, while not the best, these headphones are great, especially considering their price, and the customer service is amazing.
