Review on Securely Store Your Food With Prepara'S Latchlok 17.6 Cup Tritan Container by Josh Allred

99% drip proof and air tight

I think these are great containers. Are they 100% drip-free? As you can see in the included video, we did get just a few drops of water, .but they come pretty close to being drip-free and they have a very robust seal, which is evident when you unlock and attempt to take the lid off. I wouldn't lay them on their sides, but I think you can be pretty confident that you're getting a good enough seal with these. It's good enough for me, and I'm pretty picky. The lids, for me, are easy to operate. As in the included photos, there is a lock and unlock symbol on the lid. You just have to make sure when you lock it that the lever is pushed all the way as far as it can go to the "Locked" symbol to assure the seal is as tight as it can be. In the unlocked position, the lid offers some resistance when attempting to remove, but that is due to the hefty seal. One improvement they could make would be to darken the lock and unlock symbols so that I could see them more clearly with my old eyes. This 1.85L size holds about 7.8 cups, which is a handy size for many things. I love the way that they stack, interlocking for storage in the fridge or pantry. You can see what's inside clearly, which is a big plus. I really appreciate that they are BPA-free and microwavable,.can even be stacked in the Microwave as well. There's even a little pour spout in one corner which will be handy for pouring liquids like broth. Dishwasher safe.I will complain about the pain that I went through to remove the sticker with the bar code near the bottom. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to remove a sticker. I had to use Goo-Gone in the end and that stuff gives me a headache every time. This container is very well thought out. It's a high-quality product and I think it's reasonably priced for what you get. Thumbs up on this one.
