Funny name, great product

Love, love, love. This item did exactly what I hoped it would. Without being pretentious, after 12 years we have finally renovated our vintage vertical cocaine machine. After spending a lot of money and seeing how cool this thing looks, I didn't want to just send it to the garage. So we brought it inside, to our office. We didn't realize how noisy it was, let alone the amount of condensation that formed. Hence the need for these absorbent socks. The coca machine has a tube through which the condensate is drained into a spherical vessel that is fairly cool. Until the woman complains that there is water on the floor and the jug is full. I remembered hearing about products that absorb moisture and come in little buckets. I went online and found these absorbent socks. The price was great even though I didn't need 12 of them. I also like that they are reusable. So just this past weekend I had to test out a balloon jar to figure out how to deflate it. I opened the car and the sock seemed to have absorbed moisture. I looked down and saw that the jar of marbles was COMPLETELY dry! I couldn't believe it! So I took off the wet sock and replaced it with a new one. I hung the soaked one in the garage to dry for the time being. I made a mental note of when I replaced it so I could control how long I could wait before replacing it. We love to go on vacations sometimes and I really didn't want to be on the water everywhere again. In short, I understand that this is very application specific for us, but each incident will be application specific, right? This could be your application's ticket to finally get the water out of a wet area. This is the first time we are using this product so I can't tell you about the mildew smell. I hope when it dries completely it shouldn't smell. I'll try to post a photo soon.
