Pretty but not quite functional

Earrings are VERY difficult to store. I assumed the fabric base would have some sort of padding so the backs of the earrings could tuck into it. Well, it's not fabric, it's more like plastic. You have to hang the earrings up carefully and also "walk away slowly" to get to the studs. There is no place here for such people. I ended up buying a small plate and putting it on the ledge. Still a pretty product and works well for necklaces and bracelets.
