Bought this as a present for my partner who comes home with an achy bag a lot.He enjoys it for his lower back. Heated option is nice! I like it for my upper back but we don’t use it on my neck directly. You do have to plug it into an outlet to use, like most massagers. It’s not a miracle piece but provided a comfy massage! We just turn it on while on the couch.Fun fact- this thing comes with a car plug! Haven’t tried it in the car though.
