Bad product and bad service

I only used this carafe once for orange juice. I stirred it very gently with a plastic spoon and a 1 1/2 inch diameter hole formed in the side of the carafe. I contacted the seller to tell them about the problem and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them. Bad product and bad customer service!
