Broke within a year. Best in Kitchen & Dining

I bought this in June 2020 and it broke in July 2021. When opening and closing the arm, the rod ripped out of the holder. I don't know how you could have prevented this if you never covered your hand. I bought another version and it gives a more accurate temperature. I would not recommend that. As always, cheaper does not mean better!
