First, this is NOT a $500 or $1,000 projector. If you're looking for that kind of quality, take a look here. BUT, that's NOT bad for this little projector. Very nicely packaged and everything you need was there. I seriously opened it up, turned on the device, hit the HD icon and watched Prime Video (let it know I had a $25 Roku stick in the HDMI port) for a maximum of 5 minutes. I have a much more expensive projector and have something to compare. This is a great little projector if you want to play with a big ball or the kids want to watch a movie. It's simple, white is white and black is black (videos and pictures don't represent very well). Works very quietly. The image sharpness is somewhat "pixelated" compared to more expensive models. It has a speaker that's loud enough to hear, but it won't blow the roof off. I hooked it up to my Roku soundbar, just like a more expensive projector, and the movie rocked! When I set it up the image was easy to focus, no hassle. What I really liked when opening it was that there was no dust on or in the lens! I bought about 4 different projectors for $300-400 and they all had dust inside. Everyone in the picture had a few black splotches of dust. Not this one! All in all, this is a fantastic little projector for those who want to watch a movie every now and then. Very easy to use, great quality for the price!
