I wish I had found this many years ago!

The thing is simply necessary for SMD work with a hot air station. I like how I can put a thin strip on the pads and glue the component to it. When I hit him with hot air he seems to automatically put everything in place. The flux mixes with the solder so you don't have a problem with it sticking to the metal pads.
