This ball is amazing! Even if you use it a couple/ few days a week for maybe 15 min, you’ll feel such a difference in your abs. To balance on this bosu is almost addicting. It’s such a challenge, and I’m congratulating myself every time I stay steady without wobbling. Family of one here; if I don’t congratulate myself who’s going to? Lol, it’s an excellent buy, easy to tuck away, (my palace is 396 sq ft, and I can find a place to tuck away), and so fun to use.
