Typical shoe design - nothing unique. It's way better than the regular brand just by looking at it, but that's what I've seen from Reebok in the past too. But unlike most Reeboks, the design is very generic and doesn't really stand out. I wasn't aware of that when ordering, but these are work shoes (e.g. if you work in a restaurant and have to wear non-slip shoes). In this way they are similar to other brands of work shoes, only they are constructed a little better and look a little sharper. Decent cushioning - not super thin like some running shoes, not super thick but medium. Has a little more padding than some standing or walking shoes. The sole seems to be a decent thickness - I don't know of any other reviews about it being thin. One of the reasons I buy Reebok is because they have roomy shoes that fit me better (regular size only). So I was surprised that they offer a very large size as Reebok already offers a wide range. I have this shoe and it's still wide compared to other brands, but it's a little smaller than regular Reebok - just a hair's breadth. The length is the same. They still fit me. I choose Reebok because the size fits me, they look good and last a decent amount of time (6 months to a year of daily wear). I can pay half the price for a generic brand, but they only last half as long, so most of the time I find Reebok to be a better option.
