This crockery set is gift wrapped which is very nice. Very well made, durable. Super sweet! Although there are pros and cons. Cons to downgrade it to 3 stars. PROS: - Very pretty packaging, definitely suitable as a gift - Sturdy materials and cute design! Pick-up Edge - Perfectly sized mug for little hands CONS: - Hedgehog edges. They're not exactly sharp, the edges are rounded, but there's nothing soft about this set - if pulled or accidentally smacked one way or the other (like an active toddler/child might) these edges can sting. . I would not use this set with toddlers/babies who are just learning how to use a plate. The fork is unusable. My 2 year old grandson tried to use it and was just disappointed as nothing stuck to the ends. Every time he used this set, I changed the plug. The spoon works well enough but could be a little deeper.
