I was very surprised when I received and opened the case! A few years ago I bought another case from Amazon which said it was made for heavy use but turned out to be very thin and not UV resistant. The sun cover rotted, tore, and became garbage after a year. This new waterproof boat cover from Anglink was definitely different, I could tell when I took it out of my pocket that it was a really good, durable fabric! The seams are taped at the seams and double stitched to ensure durability. The case is a very nice black color and has buckle straps sewn into the case which are better than previous cases I've had which came with loops and a thin rope to tie. Since installing the cover on my boat, it has been raining and getting wet. , Water does not seep at all, but immediately collects on the lid and drains. Just keep the case snug with no water collection holes and I predict this case will be waterproof and last for years!
