Seems to work fine. Haven't had to rely on need yet or test battery life (it's said to last up to 60 days). i tried it out of the box, worked with lutl juice. I fully charged and tested again. is working. Decent radio antenna. The weather group catches easily. The light is comfortable and bright. Some people need to read the description and instructions, that's all. Battery life depends on how you use it. Radios and lights will give you a much longer lifespan than charging your phone (and that's just common sense. If you turn it on or use it, it will naturally drain and not charge as quickly). I haven't tried solar charging yet. . As mentioned, for the price I just charged it from the wall and added that it will charge any USB device (not necessarily a phone). I STRONGLY recommend it over others that cost more for less.
