Review on MOHA 20009 Rotating Ginger Grater by Melody Watson

I was very surprised that the kit did not come with a protective case for storage. This would be a simple design; Just attach the bottom to the top. This micro glider has extremely sharp cutting edges. Putting it in a drawer with other commonly used kitchen items is a nasty cut. This particular grater was highly praised by Christopher Kimball's Milk Street and yes, a bowl for the grated ginger and a rotating arm that removes the ginger from the bottom are great features. I assume it can be stored upside down? I'm tempted to just give it back and not risk being cut. If I were to rate this solely on "safety" I wouldn't recommend it at all. But I gave it 3 stars for its performance.
