Excellent for suspension tuning. I generally found it difficult to set up my RockShox SID because I would never have been able to if I set it up properly. If I had adjusted the pressure lower to be more responsive to impact, I would have easily made my way and hit the ground running. On the other hand, if I increased the pressure to avoid bottoming out, the fork became too stiff. Adding bottomless tokens easily solved my problems. Now I can set the pressure a little lower, but at the same time without bottoming out. This works like a high-speed compression damping adjustment. Another great feature of this theme is the ability to customize the tokens quickly and easily. You just need to deflate the fork and then remove the air cap from the side of the air strut. Great product and design. Highly recommended if you are having trouble adjusting your fork.
